Hi if you're new here my name is Berenice aka Ladyfit on social media. I've been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years. I have experience with in person training and online training. I currently own my private training studio in CT & train clients from all over the world online.
My main goal as a trainer and online coach is to help my clients reach their goals with a workout program they enjoy & eating foods they love! I don't believe in restrictive diets & unsustainable workout programs. With my training you learn what works for you & your lifestyle.
